Would I use RED for this config?

I'n not sure if I would use a RED unit or have to go another route for what I'm trying to do but let me explain:

Main Site:
50 static IP's
2 Astaro 220 using HA
Exchange 2010 using 2 CAS servers & 3 Mailbox servers (DAG Config)

Offsite Location:
13 static IP's
Would like to add a Domain Controller Server
Would like to add 1 CAS server & 1 Mailbox server (Part of Main DAG config)
**Replication for DC & Mail would be needed**

I would like to configure offsite location as a Failover location in the event that the Main location site goes down.

Any info would greatly be appreciated.

A RED is simply a hardware based VPN. Given that your remote location has multiple static IPs, it sounds as though you'll also need to do "port forwarding". You may be better served by getting an ASG for the remote site, then creating a site-2-site VPN tunnel between the two.
