red 10 setup with 3g connect

hai all,

i am trying to connect red 10 using 3g deivce but unfortunately there is no success yet. actually i want to know what are the steps to configure astaro red10 using 3G device. i tried as the below attached settings but the device gets stuck (green light blinking) then flush the device and again try ...

please help...

Enter the pin and configure a APN (@ Vodafone you choose web.vodafone.de for example). There is also a bug with a zero at start at the pin. Is this a known bug? Where can I submit bugs @ Astaro/Sophos?

Yes, this is a known issue (Mantis ID 21820).

Where can I submit bugs @ Astaro/Sophos?
