Need unlock code for RED purchased from eBay

Hello,

I purchased a RED v1 device from eBay to test in my home lab. However it didn't come with an unlock code and the seller doesn't appear to have it. I don't have a support contract. Does anyone know the best way to contact support for a simple unlock code search?

Please send me a timestamped photo (newspaper or similar) of the device that shows the bottom sticker. I'll then check the database to see who the last "owner" was. Maybe then we can work this out.
