RED EU provisioning service down?

Just wanted to add an additional RED to our ASG, but received an error:

Could not interact with the registry service.

Please make sure that this machine can

reach the internet on port 3400.

So i tried to connect to TCP port 3400 manually by telnet.

"red.astaro.com" resolves to "red-prov-eu.astaro.com" [46.51.176.142]

Get a timeout there.

Then tried the US server "red-prov-us.astaro.com" [184.72.39.13] which connects just fine.
