RED Stuck in SELF: (Re-)loading device config

Our ASG claims the RED is online but the live log says:
 ASG red_server[####]: SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations

That is all it says...The remote site has been down for a full and Astaro hasn't called in for support. So hopefully they will tomorrow, but in the meantime, any thoughts?

    I checked the RED log and didn't find anything too wierd but only went back about 12 hours. The IPS log had a bunch of stuff in it but wasn't really sure what to look for but also only went back less then a day. The dashboard says there was no IPS issues for today.
