RED Stuck in SELF: (Re-)loading device config

Our ASG claims the RED is online but the live log says:
 ASG red_server[####]: SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations

That is all it says...The remote site has been down for a full and Astaro hasn't called in for support. So hopefully they will tomorrow, but in the meantime, any thoughts?

    I think the instructions are included in the zip.  I think there will be an R.2 (or similar) on the label if it's the newer version

    Try an access, and then see if there's anything there.

    It certainly sounds like it might be a dead RED.  When did you buy it?
