"Lost" RED after 8.300 update

I have a RED at a branch location and after updating our ASG to 8.300, I have lost connection. The system light on the RED is flashing red with the rest of the lights flashing green. The logs show:

It has just been repeating the SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations for 34 hours. Any suggestions? Will (or did) the RED fall back to DHCP? It will not get an IP because ISP does not give DHCP addresses.

    Hi LowEndTheory, and welcome to the User BB!

    I hope you have a support request in to Astaro.  It looks the provisioning server can't reach the RED.  Is  the one at your branch?  Are the **** all identical?

    I hope you have a support request in to Astaro.  It looks the provisioning server can't reach the RED.  Is  the one at your branch?  Are the **** all identical?

    I got the unit reconnected. It had fallen back to DHCP mode. I had a local user plug in the old SonicWALL so that the RED could pull an IP and reconfigure itself.

    These things should really have the option to keep its configuration no matter what and a manual way to reset it, if needed.
