Monitoring through Nagios

Is there any way to monitor Red 10 Appliance connected to an ASG 7.5 through Nagios, using SNMP for instance ?

We used to monitor our ASG by pinging, but since we replaced those by Red 10, the ping returns ok even if the red is down.

I can't neither check the network interface using SNMP, it stays up when the red goes down.

Does anybody know a way, please ?

Hi,

yes we wrote a nagiosplugin which can check the RED State. I will post a howto in the next days in this forum. You can send me a pm with your email I will send you the plugin then.
