Extremely doubtful as those options fall far outside of the design parameters and intent for RED. The software, which is really more firmware, on a RED is quite small as there is no GUI and only the drivers necessary to work on the official RED hardware.
For what you're asking above, you can instead load a second ASG (VMWare or onto a PC) and create a site-to-site VPN between it and your original ASG install.
