I have a client who has two primary offices with anywhere from 5-10 users in each. They also have a half rack of equipment in a Datacenter. Currently each remote office has two tunnels, one to the other office, and one to the datacenter. Each employee also has a tunnel going to the main office and then to the datacenter. The reason for the connection to the main office is for the Cisco UC500 Phone System. Then the connection to the datacenter which is where the exchange/etc resides.
Currently I have an ASA 5510 in the DC and 871's or ASA 5505's at each other location. Its actually been very reliable except that its also becoming a nightmare to manage. Also QoS has been a bit of an issue as it only makes it more difficult to manage/troubleshoot etc.
Would a Astaro Red solution be a good fit for this?
Can you have more than one client behind the Astaro? We're actually a MSP who has about 10 clients hosted in our datacenters in Boston and San Francisco. I'd love to begin using these with all our clients as it significantly reduces the costs for them to migrate to our hosted environment.
With Cisco UC500's we'd need to route 3 networks (Data/Phones/CUE) from each home user to the main office, and one network to the datacenter (Data).
That wouldnt' be an issue would it?
