System LED is unlit

Hi guys, 

I've deleted the RED on an ASG and configured the same RED for another ASG.

Then I rebooted the RED so it can load the new configuration for the new ASG.
Before I switched off the RED the tunnel to the old ASG worked perfectly. The LEDs for Power, System, Internet and tunnel were solid, so there was no firmware update in progress.

Now the System LED is unlit (only Power-LED is solid) and the RED is apparently not booting anymore.

Has anyone an idea what it could be?

    They have been solid little units, but there could be a hardware problem.  (I haven't been able to kill one yet, and I'm still using my pre-production demo units).

    If you haven't tried yet, disconnect the power supply from the RED and from the outlet, disconnect all Ethernet cables, and let the unit sit for about five minutes.  Next, reconnect the RED to power and see if it boots normally- if it does, connect the Ethernet cables and see what happens.

    If this doesn't work, I believe it is time to open a support case and see about a replacement device.

    Thanks for your answer. I've just created a RMA Request.

    Support thinks that power supply is defective.

    I try them on a V8.002 version (previous it was a 7.508)
    The problem is the same.

    But i can give you more information about the device, the Power LED is on and all other are off, look like no boot.
