Additional Addresses for reds1 interface?

I don't seem to be able to add additional addresses to a RED interface. I can change the address, but can't add another one.

I have a piece of equipment in a remote branch connected by a RED and this equipment has a factory default static IP, so I only need this additional address temporarily.

Is there another way to set an additional address on a RED interface, or do I just need to change it and then change it back later? What if someone needed to run two networks out a RED, how would that be done?

RED is designed for simple network installations, we do not support multiple WAN IPs on RED. Or have I misunderstood what you're trying to do?

Hi Brian,

adding addresses to an existing interface on RED hardware (redsX) should work. I just tried it on 7.507. Are you using V7 or V8? Also, how "can't" you add it? Is there an error or is something missing?
