Hi all,
I have troubles migrating a RED (called B) from ASG 8.000 to ASG 7.504. The ASG 7 is already managing another RED (called A) reds1 interface, so then the purpose is to migrate the configuration from RED-A to RED-B.
Here the steps I followed:
1) Delete RED-B from ASG 8 (done)
2) Configure the RED-B without "Quick Remote Network Setup" option on the ASG 7 and using the unlock code (done)
3) Connect the RED-B to the Internet (done)
Now step 4) should be: Delete RED-A from ASG7 and then configure the red interface with the reds2 (RED-B).
The problem is that the RED-B is not connecting to the ASG7. On the "RED Management" page it is offline and I never see activity from that RED on the red.log file.
The RED-B lights status is Power+System+Internet solid green. It's seems the tunnel doesn't come up.
Why the RED-B doesn't create the tunnel? Could be, it doesn't found the configuration on the Astaro central servers?
Is there someone with the same situation?
