No tunnel light, RED offline

Hi,

I try to configure a RED 10 and have some troubles:

There is no tunnel light at the RED, and my ASG says that the RED is offline.

The protocol looks like this:

2010:07:21-09:23:55 stargate red_server[26790]: SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations
2010:07:21-10:01:49 stargate red_server[26790]: SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations
2010:07:21-10:05:22 stargate red_server[26790]: SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations
2010:07:21-10:05:33 stargate red_server[26790]: SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations

And the RED is rebooting ca. all 5 Minutes.

Some ideas?

    Same thing here, ended up giving up and going another route as I was under the gun.  Planning on testing it again today to see if I can figure out what went wrong.

    A few questions:

    Did the RED get DHCP and connect to the Internet?  (Is the Internet LED on, and if you have access to the DHCP server, does the RED have an address assigned?)

    Does the RED have port 3400 open to the Internet and back to the host ASG for both TCP and UDP?  (test with Nmap or similar on a computer plugged directly into the Internet connection)

    On the RED configuration, did you specify a unique network address space for the RED network?  Is the ASG hostname an Internet-resolvable name pointing to the WAN port of the ASG (or public IP address)?

    I'm so stupid. 

    I used the wrong ethernetport, so there was no connection to the internet using my dslrouter.

    I changed it to the right port and all works fine.

    Yes, Internet Light is on, DHCP shows address of 192.168.1.2

    Yes 3400 is open to the RED device, I actually just set it up on the DMZ.

    Yes address has been specified.  Yes ASG name resolves to one of the additional addresses setup that points to our mail server internally.

    I've tried it on 3 different connections, with 2 different routers in front of the RED but I still get the same result every time.  Any ideas?
