How can i test if firewall is configured correctly for RED 15

I only what to se if it is possble to make a tunnel connection through the customers firewall with the RED 15 box.
It can be a littel vudo to debug why a connection is not possible with a IT department that does not use RED boxes normally.
So to visualize that they have forgotten to turn on the right tcp and udp port the RedAlert program was really good.

Easiest way to check is the following:

• Can you reach red.astaro.com from inside the customer network?
• Is port 3400 TCP open?
• (RED 10) Is port 3400 UDP open?
• (RED 15 & 50) Is port 3410 UDP open?

RED 15 is based off the RED 50 functionality (thank you Jan for correction).

It looks like RedAlert would not function for testing connection capability for RED 15s.

RED 15 also uses UDP 3410, as it is based on the RED 50 protocol.
You need to check for UDP 3410 and UDP 3400.

Ah ok, cheers! I'll edit and update, it doesn't mention that in the Engineer Handout or the Architects one (XG). Might need an update, would you be able to pass that on or message me with a contact mail to notify the appropriate person?
