display time offline red sophos on utm 9

Hello,

I have a question about displaying the idle time of a red sophos on the UTM 9 interface.

I have a central sophos UTM 9 that manages RED Sophos, I would like to know why for some I have the information that tells me since when they are turned off but for some I just "offline?? After a certain time of inactivity the system no longer notes the last connection date?

Offline: Never connected, just provisioned

Offline from (IP): Never seen since last reboot

Offline since (time): Seen in the current run.
