we have a problem in a branch office.
We have Clients, Servers and stuff behind that RED50 (Split Tunnel). During a network project we saw that we have problems reaching external services.
Also from the server - the first traceroute is sucessful the second one -> we cannot ping the WAN interface anymore. WAN Interface provided by a modem.
The Ruckus switch cannot connect to its Mgmt Service (SZ).
We now solved it by using DNAT through our HQ.
But isn't the RED a dumb device? We also tried adding the stuff to the IPS exceptions. MTU to 1492 etc
Anyone experienced the same problems? We are kind of lost
