AM trying to reset a Sophos RED 15W previously connected with different network static up link. When i plugin it into a different network, it cannot connect to the provisioning server or even internet since it has static public ip address. Is there a way i can reset it probably using console. ?. I have the unlock code but it cant apply when the red 15 cant access internet. Any solutions will be appreciated
