RED60 not connecting using 3/4G Module (Sierra MC7455) XSGZTCH3A

My team purchased several of the 3/4G Modules for the RED 60 devices and they are not working.  The modems have been verified to work in a XG 125 and pass traffic in that UTM fine but when connected to the RED 60 we get nothing.  Verizon is supported as stated in KB-000038797(https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038797?language=en_US&c__displayLanguage=en_US) and those are the settings we have tried but they do not work.  We also tried similar solutions to those listed in the following posts:

https://community.sophos.com/xg-firewall/f/discussions/122116/sd-red-20-3g-4g-expansion-module-not-working

These also did not work but these solutions are not for Verizon.  Currently the RED is connected to an SG 125 rev.2, firmware 9.705-3.  We have tried with both a static IP sim (APN mw01.vzwstatic) and a dynamic sim (APN vzwinternet) and there does not appear to be any difference.  This was the only error message we have received and it was just seen once:

2021:03:18-12:39:03 utmfw7 red_server[14896]: R60001QRQ******: command '{"data":{"mobile_info":{"info":["driver=qmi_wwan","hardware=wwan0","device=\/dev\/cdc-wdm0"],"errors":["NETWORK_REGISTRATION_FAILED"]}},"type":"STATUS"}'

Does anyone have a RED 20/60 on Verizon using the Sophos 3/4G Module?  What settings did you use?
