    Hallo Jeffrey and welcome to the UTM Community!

    The only people that can provide an unlock code are on the Sophos Support team.  In the past, as an anti-theft measure, they would only provide a code to the original purchaser of record, so if your organization wasn't the original purchaser, it's likely you will be required to have them contact Sophos.  Good luck!

    I would go to the Sophos website and enter a Support request using their online form.
