Just Bought a RED 50 device on auction from a bankrupt company and I would like to reset it

Hi ,

I just Bought a RED 50 device on auction from a bankrupt company and I would like to reset it.

 

Can you help me with that I'll would like to use it with my local UTM

    Hi Colin and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Without the unlock code, that's little more than a doorstop.  Hopefully, they wrote the unlock code on a piece of paper stuck to the device.  As a theft-deterrent, the only entity that can reliably get that from Sophos Support is the company that was the original purchaser.  If you can identify the reseller they got it from, they might be able to help you.  Good luck!
