We have a RED 50 device, presently it does not seem to get access to the internet for whatever reason. We checked if the ports were blocked to no avail. I tried to reset the device again to no avail.
Is there a way to get into this device to see what is going on?
If not, is there a way to update the firmware with USB, I cannot seem to find any firmware for download? (the only links I found for firmware is for the RED 15)
Is the product in EOL (End of Life) or EOS (End of Support) or both?
