RED15 hung and not reconnect to UTM

Hello, I have several RED15 devices conntected to my UTM SG230 9.510-5. But suddently I have a problem with one of those.

Daily one RED hung and did not connect to the UTM. You have to cycle the power to get it working again. When the RED hang, all status leds are green, lan/wan blinking as normal. UTM detects a ping timeout and the tunnel is down. The RED did not react on changing the link status of the WAN link. Still hang.

Any hint on this issue?
