Try to lower the MTU of your RED interface

Hello,

i tried this on one red connection which connects the home office of one employee with our main office.

It seems to have helped. The MTU on this RED Interface was set to: 1200 instead of 1500

I will try it too on another connection.

Do not lower MTU on the RED Interface or even worse the WAN interface.

Configure a appriopriate MTU directly on the Citrix Servers Interface (there was once in the past a KB from Citrix, how and where this in the registry can be done), or on the internal interface of the UTM, where the Citrix Server sits (not the preferred way, as it also affects nono Citrix traffic too)

Yes, if I lower the MTU on the RED interface, the whole traffic is affected.

After i changed the params in  our two Store Front Webservers and raised the MTU from 1300 to 1500 on RED- Interface,

the home office employee didn't report issues.

I think on the internet link of our employee there are no standard MTU sizes used what causes packet fragmentation.
