RED Console Connection Settings

What are the console settings for a RED 15? I have a customer with a RED 15 that is exhibiting some strange behavior while it is onsite, but in my lab everything works fine so i wanted to boot up and establish the connection in my lab and compare the results.

    I don't recall seeing that described here for RED devices.  Before getting Sophos Support involved, I would Edit the RED server definition, record the 'Unlock code', delete the object and re-create it.  Did that fix the problem?
