Need help with Plex Media Server

Question

Need help with Plex Media Server 
 
 I installed Sophos Home Edition. Awesome product! 
 Having some issues with UDP firewall rules, especially Plex Media Server 
 I set Nat and Service Definition

Live firewall log is showing this: 
 
 Plex Server can't connect from remote! 
 Nothing seems to work. 
 What am I missing?

the firewall log shows packets coming to Port 5351, your Plex service definition is 32400 
 also is 192.168.1.1 really your WAN Adress? (is your sophos behind another router?) 
 tick the checkbox on "log initial packets" on your DNAT Rule to see if Packets are coming in. If you have a second router in front of the sophos you need to NAT Port 32400 there aswell (to your sophos)

Please look at this Post. This solved my issue. 
 
 Ensure you also make a firewall rule that allows the Plex server ports. I used the built in "Terminal Applications" Group. I then used the 32400 port on the Plex server. I used the ones that were already built in that group as a guide to build the Plex server policy. 
 After you write that policy, you will still have an issue having the server connect. Please use the post below to help you get passed that error. After that you should be good. If not, give the server sometime. You can, reboot your server / Plex and turn the "Terminal Applications" policy off then on again.
