Time Based web filter policies not working

Ok just had a look at the screen shot the second timing says only Sunday, just changed it back to weekdays results are the same still bypass 

Inside the log, user is not authenticated, so the first rule will never match.

Username field is empty as you can see from the log.

You said you are using a client. On the Control Center you should see live users = 1.

I didn't notice that ...but yes in control center I see 1 user

Live users counter is 0.

Are you using Sophos Client Authentication Agent on your Computer? did you login inside it with the proper credential? You should see the orange icon and not a greyed out icon.

Not sure why it said 0 I have just checked again looks good 

Have a look at Authentication log and see if your username is there. Change the policy where source is LAN, services are HTTP and HTTPS and try again.

Did what you suggested , after the change the client authentication went grey, I right clicked opened the client clicked on 'set credentials ' clicked ok client went back orange. Now filter is working but I cannot browse any website  not even google .. "the website you are trying to access http://www.google.co.uk/m?client=ms-andriod-om-lge" is listed as a site within the category Search Engine. Current Internet Access configuration for you does not allow visiting sites within this category at this time :.....(

So weird I never blocked search engines I blocked games and I can browse games http://agar.io :....(

Your action is allow and not denied on the first policy.

Yes, I get blocked from all websites :( Also the sophos authentication client seems to be a bit flaky, goes grey on it own.... I might have to look at a different method to apply web filtering, something is not quite right.

v15 has an issue when you change a Firewall Rule, Client agent will disconnect. Upgrade to v16, which has a much better Web Protection management.

Thanks for all your help I very much appreciate it. Where i can download the V16 firmware from ? from the xg console if i browse to System -> Administration -> Firmware check for new firmware nothing is available.
