RED networks are down after Update 9.601-5

Hello,

We have three RED networks within our infrastructure which are not responding after updating the UTM to 9.601-5. Is this a known issue with this update?! We have made sure that the internet is working fine.

Sophos support told me that they need to "configure UTM to switch back to old RED firmware, to analyze stability. This is because they have couple of instance where switching back to old firmware stabilized tunnel." It didn't work! Then they told me that the issue was at my ISP's end. What I don't understand is that how can 3 different REDs on 3 different ISPs can do down at the same time?! The issue has to be with the UTM's firmware!

Any assistance with the greatly appreciated.
