Intermittent Whatsapp for users accessing it using smart phone from our corporate WiFis and SUTM

Can anyone help me how is the best config (NAT, firewall, QoS and Web filtering) for our users in the office to smoothly accessing Whatsapp from their smart phones using our corporate WiFis?

Browsing to all other websites are ok but we have been facing problem until now accessing Whatsapp with smart phones using corporate WiFis. It seems that the setting to access Whatsapp in SUTM is not yet optimal.

    First, let's try to see where the problem lies.  Do #1 in Rulz and also check the Web Filtering Live log to see if traffic is going through there.  What did you learn?
