Issue viewing logs

I was having an issue this morning with 3 devices that are part of a ruleset. So I opened the live log viewer and it opens but shows nothing. Then I went to the log section and opened the logfile. It opens but it stops about 20 minutes ago (no disk space issues or anything as this is a new installations as of a couple days ago). So I figured I would click the clear button and it shows a new size on the log file but when I try to open it, its the same file that stops 20 minutes ago.
