Issue with firewall block

So you have the device set on both ipv 4 and ipv 6?

Also set to any services?

I am not using V6 on this network (and this device does not support it). 

It is set to Any under services and Any under destinations.

Can I see the specific TV settings with a screen shot, you can set it to drop, I think reject sends a response back to the sender so you are probably just adding to your network traffic.

Think of it this way, the top rule is deny all, then you add your exceptions after that, so the firewall always blocks everything but then allows what you want.

Okay so I changed it to drop. 

I tested it again, before moving it to the end and it was blocking. I'm not sure why it was letting traffic through before. Ill test it again at the end and report back.

I have tried in the #1 position as well as the end. I also toggled between drop and reject but still will not block. Here is the tv settings:

Can you do a TCP Dump for that specific TV, while streaming Amazon, I am curious to see how it is connecting if you are blocking everything.

Another option to is to look into web filtering and create a specific policy for that device or for all smart tv's.  It will just add another layer of defense.
