UTM 9 Quota not working

Hi, I have an issue with the quotas for UTM 9.

I set up the quota time:

 

When I open a tagged website which I tagged with "quota", I get this view:

 

 

After that, I proceed, and get this message:

What parameters are missing here?

    That's unusual, so you should open a case with Sophos Support if this is not a free home-use license.
