Unable to login on certain website when using Sophos UTM as a web proxy

The user can access the website but the page will just loading when the user tried to login. One of the website is mydhl.dhl.com, this website is accessible but not able to login as the page will just loading and have a response ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. They are using Sophos UTM as a web proxy and the Web Filter was set as Standard with basic authentication and HTTPS as URL Filtering only.

✓ Already tried to add the url to Exception but no luck.

I am hoping that somebody could help me to resolve this case.

    Hi Elmer and welcome to the UTM Community!

    Open the Web Filtering Live log, put the user's IP in the Filter box and touch enter.  Do the same with the Firewall Live Log.  Ask the user to try the access again.  Show us the line(s) where he was blocked.

    Good Day and Thank you!

    We already done tracing the logs but we couldn't find any block log same with the output via SSH.

    Anyway, we already resolved this case by changing the MTU value.
