UTM SG 125 allow internet acess

Hello,

 

I´am beginer in sophos, for that sorry my questions.

I want be able to acess internet in my network, i try every tutorial i saw in the internet but nothing solve my problem. I can´t ping my router netheir.

This is the link with show my sophos configuration:

    First:
      Delete External Wan from DNS, Global
      Delete Rule 5 in Firewall
      Delete the DNAT rule, described last in the document\

    Second:
    Test if UTM has internet connectivity to internet (ping and DNS). Go to Support > Tools and ping 8.8.8.8, and do another ping by hostname to see if DNS works (example www.google.com)

    Thhird: 
    If everything Fails you have to provide what device do you have in front of your topology (before external wan)
