Backup "data" disk

I use Sophos UTM 9 as virtual in ESXI 6.5. 

I would like to move to from ESXi to Proxmox (I tried RAW HDD export and restore in Proxmax - failed)

I can install clean Sophos to Proxmox and restore backup this is 100% perfect, but missing all logs history etc.

Is any way how I can backup o move all these data to the new install?
