No internet at in the other network connected with UTM network

Hi every one 

I have issue 

I have two networks 172.20.10.0/24 and 172.20.0.0/24 the Router1 between this networks my Sophos utm at network 172.20.10.0/24 and its ip 172.20.10.20 .

right now all network at 172.20.10.0/24 have internet is OK But in the other network 172.20.0.0/24 No Internet and PC1 can ping to the PC2 . 

what I should be do ?

    Hi,

     

    Couple of things to check...

     

    1.  Do your PCs on your 172.20.0.0/24 network have the UTM as either their default gateway or proxy server?

    2.  Have you added the 172.20.0.0/24 network to your list of allowed networks in your web filtering options?

    Hello Haidar and welcome to the UTM Community!

    In addition to Shaun's suggestion, check #3.1 in Rulz.  Also, make sure that you add the "(Network)" object for 172.20.10.0/24 in Web Protection.
