connection between 2 networks is 100Mbps

Hi All

I have UTM 9

Model: ASG 

Firmware: 9.520-4

Pattern Version: 131575

also i have many interfaces configured at the UTM, i am having speed issue between the interfaces they are all 1000 Mbps but the transfer rate is no more than 12.3 MBps between the different networks while in the same network the rate is about 90 MBps

the configuration is as follows :

Interfaces-Hardware-Link Mode = 1000BaseT/Full

i didnt find related configuration about the interface speed, please HELP!
