DHCP Issues with Google Fiber

I've been using UTM at home for a few months now with no issues. However, I've had to deal with Google Fiber's garbage router and I'm trying to bypass that. So I purchased a Netgear GS108Tv2 switch and configured it in a way that I know properly works with Google Fiber's network box. Unfortunately, I cannot get my UTM to resolve my public IP address. Other than checking the "Dynamic IP" box in my External (WAN) interface setup, is there anything else I should do to get this working properly? Do I need to edit my Masquerading Rule? Should I change any NATing rules? I have several rules from "Any" that are going to my "External (WAN)" interface forwarded to appropriate hosts within my environment. None of those should affect DHCP, right?

The service does appear to be operating properly:

2017:08:31-06:58:20 sophosutmhome dhclient: No DHCPOFFERS received.

I'm out of ideas. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
