Losing bandwidth on WAN, not sure what to check.

Background: Had Charter ISP residential 100mb down/5mb up with DHCP IP. Moved to new location and now have Charter Business 200mb down/7mb up with static IP. Directly connecting a laptop to the modem gives me ~200 - 230mb down. Running through Sophos UTM 9 I only get 86 - 130mb down. I have tried turning off IPS/Advanced Threat/All firewall blocking and still cannot get my speeds to match. I do not use any proxy or web filtering or AV scanning. CPU load during large transfers or speed tests never goes above 4% utilization.

Sophos UTM Hardware:

CPU: Atom C2750 *-core @ 2.4Ghz

RAM: 4GB DDR3

NICs: 4x Intel I354

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

David, you need a faster CPU and to run simultaneous tests from two or more PCs.

Bob,

Thank you for the reply, I have actually traced the issue to IPS requiring more RAM. Unfortunately since I cannot source any DDR3 1600 ECC in a SODIMM package I am having to find a different solution. This all stems from upgrading my internet from 100/5 to 200/7.
