Wifi Network Blocking Websites/Generally Slow

Hi all,

A lot of our users have complained that whenever they use the Blue wifi network, they're unable to connect to BBC iPlayer, Skype for Business and it's just generally slow to load pages. However, when they connect to the green wifi network (which uses a whitelist and is only meant for people who need to be on the domain), they can access everything they need to. 

I don't have any application or web filtering in place, so I'm wondering why the blue network is blocking these sites? Are there any logs I can check to determine the cause? I've already gone through the Firewall logs to no avail.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Titan.

    There must be a misconfiguration somewhere. I would start by checking if devices on the Blue wifi can resolve names (DNS) correctly. Also check your masquerading rule. People usually forget that new networks need to be added to the masquerading rule as this is not automatic in UTM.
