All 16 of my DHCP servers went crazy

I can no longer administer any of my DHCP servers.  I click on any one of them and get the error "IP is not in network [xxx] of the chosen interface".

But the the IP IS in the chosen interface.  IP hasn't changed and the interface hasn't changed.  It won't accept anything.

Also, I get dhcpd restarted every hour in my logs.

My only option is to delete and recreate every dhcp server and reassign all the ip addresses for every host.

This is a big inconvenience.

I can recreate a dhcp server with EXACTLY the same parameters as the one that doesn't work, and then it works.

  • In addition to Ian's questions, have you tried a restore of a configuration just prior to the last Up2Dates were applied?  A reboot?  What version are you on?
