Webadmin and userportal behaving irregular

Hi,

 

I have created a group AD based called Admins. I have added the group both in the WebAdmin Access and the User Portal Access.

 

I am able to login to the WebAdmin but not the User Portal.

 

I was wondering if i am forgetting something or there is another reason why.
