Hi - I just added myself as a user to my Astaro FW, and now not only will my userID and PW not work, the admin one won't, and my coworker's won't either. Help!!!

Hi,

I just added myself as an administrative user to the Astaro firewall at my office, and now none of the logins work! What did I do?! I just added myself, and logged out of the account I'd been in so I could test the login, and now none of the logins work.

    Hi, Sal, and wewlcome to the UTM Community!

    From the command line as root, you can change the password for the admin use, to, for example 123456!@#$%^ with

    cc passwd 123456!@#$%^

    Another easy solution is to restore from the configuration backup made that morning.

    Any luck with either of those?
