Hi experts
It's 5 years that we use Sophos for our firewall and work very well. but in last month a strange problem was happened. some of our users in proxy policy have very slow speed of internet but as soon as we remove the proxy of that client it works very fast.
it seems that a dns connection betwwen sophos and active directory cause the problem, but how can find out what is the exact issue?
can any one give us an advise to resolve our major issue in network?
