Link filter profile to specific network

Is it possible to force everyone on a specific wireless network through a specific web filter policy?

I see where I can set the default policy and set which networks get assigned unless it is overriden.  I can see where I create more specific web filter policies, but they get linked to users.  I have a bunch of machines that I want to limit with a filter, but independent of who uses them. I figured if I could put them through their own wireless network and link a filter to that, then I would be covered, but I'm not seeing where I can do that.

    Marvin, an IP qualifies for a Profile based on 'Allowed networks' listed for the Profile.  The Profiles are consulted in order until the IP matches.  If you have a special Profile for 172.21.22.23, place it above the Profile for 172.21.22.0/24.

    Inside a Profile, Policies can be assigned based on Group membership, but if you want the Filter Action to apply to anyone using the IP, leave 'Users/Groups' empty in the Policy.
