DynDNS setup using Namecheap

Has anyone successfully configured a Dynamic DNS with NameCheap?  I transferred domain hosts after finding out NameCheap is supported by the Sophos UTM however I just can't get DynDNS to work.

I attached a photo of my config with a fake domain for security.  On NameCheap, I added a DynDNS A record.  Whether I set a host or all using @, the Sophos UTM gives me "DynDNS status is: The last update attempt failed"

Any suggestions from users using NameCheap?  Thanks.

Setting the IP Strategy to Web Service worked better for me than setting it to the IP of my WAN Port
