[IPv6] 6to4 client get no connection / UTM seems to work.

Hi there,

I have 6to4 acces via my ISP.

Pinging via webinterface (Support --> Tools) of th eutm9 works fine:
PING ipv6.google.com(fra02s21-in-x06.1e100.net) 56 data bytes

64 bytes from fra02s21-in-x06.1e100.net: icmp_seq=1 ttl=58 time=21.9 ms

64 bytes from fra02s21-in-x06.1e100.net: icmp_seq=2 ttl=58 time=27.8 ms

rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 21.948/38.521/48.913/11.302 ms

A ping from a client (Windows 8.1 or 10) get th efollowing result:

Zeitüberschreitung der Anforderung.

  • Hi,
BobA has a saying RULZ and I think it applies in this case? What rule do you have to allow IPv6 traffic out?

    ian

    XG115W - v20.0.2 MR-2 - Home

    XG on VM 8 - v21 GA

  • I've two WANs, obe with IPV6 6to4

So I create one Multipath rule:

Any from LAN (Network) to Any IPv6 [to WAN1]
  • I don't think the Multipath rule is necessary as this is the only WAN with IPv6, but a Firewall rule is required.

    Cheers - Bob
