DNS issue?

I followed this post to configure my DNS

From time to time I have a problem "connection to server timed out" when try to access many websites (www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt, lci.tf1.fr, blogs.msdn.com, www.cnet.com,....).

How does UTM resolve DNS names (Steps)?
I have an Internal DC DNS, what should be the optimized configuration to avoid the timeout problem?

    Interesting, vilic.  I want to understand.

    If you have multiple DCs, why not speed up their DNS responses by caching them in the UTM for other DCs to use?

    What do you think was causing his timeouts?

    In other words, I want to add something to the Best Practice post to address a potential problem.
