Do you mean that there are Web Filtering log files prior to the last two days and that the log is no longer being written? Does 'Logging & Reporting >> Web Protection' indicate that the proxy is active?

It seems like you are talking about several different issues. Let's work on one at a time. Please click on [Go Advanced] below and attach a picture of the problem you are seeing.

These are two unrelated issues. Please start a thread in the Endpoint forum for that question.
Does the Executive Report show any Web Protection activity? Is the Web Filtering log file being populated? What happens if you disable and then re-enable Web Filtering?

i have made changes in the policies created in utm, and checked the endpoints but changes are not reflected on them. But all the endpoints were receiving web-control policy updates. For that i have cleared the updates in the folder C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Control\Policy and re-updated and its received updates for current time.So it seems to be utm issue..
Excecutive report not showing any web-filtering activity, web filtering log file is not populated and disabling the policy is not reflecting on endpoints.
It appears that Web Protection is not running. Try restarting httpproxy with a Disable/Enable on the 'Global' tab of 'Web Filtering'. If that doesn't solve the problem, you should get Sophos Support involved.
