Which user-role for Bandwidth Monitor

Hello,

i searched the forum but can't find a solution. I want to allow bandwidth monitor access for a local UTM-User.

I tried it with every Auditor-Role and Read-Only access for every part of webadmin, but if the user opens the Bandwidth Monitor it shows "Bandwidth Monitor background process could not be started!"

What can i do?

That sounds like another manifestation of a known issue, ID21167. Get Sophos Support involved as I think this issue has been known for a year, and hasn't been selected for resolution.

I know this is an old thread, but has this been resolved.

If not, I am going to get Sophos involved like Balfson said.

Hi
I have same issue here.
Sophos UTM SG330 + firmware 9.315-2.
I need access to Flow monitor for ReadOnly users.
And they can see only message "Bandwidth monitor background process could not be started!"
If I add user account to WebAdmin Settings - General - "Allowed Administrators" it starts to work.
